  Julie was wonderful. Kind and patient she helped my mum choose the correct shade and went above and beyond and was the most lovely lady. Made me thoroughly enjoy my experience today. Will come back again.

  I had a makeup consult at Covent Garden for my upcoming wedding look. Layla was my makeup artist and she was amazing! She was so kind and made it such a lovely experience. My makeup turned out beautifully and she was super knowledgeable about which products work best for my skin and for the particular occasion. I wish I could get glam from her every day. If you love CT like I do, you should 10/10 book in for a consult. Ask for Layla!

  Myself and my daughter had a lovely experience visiting the CT store in Covent garden. We where greeted by the lovely Jo.M she was so person centred and helped me with all aspects of my skin care to make up. I havent changed my make up routine or brand in years and needed help for my maturer skin. JO explained everything and also techniques I needed. I left buying all.i needed with full confidence and exactly what iv been searching for. Thanks Jo

  First outing without my 2 young boys and wow… The nurture and care I felt from Rebecca was everything a very exhausted mummy (me!) needed today. Unfortunately my fave concealer was out of stock, however, I managed to get my hands innthe new blur setting spray✨ Rebecca was SO knowledgeable, listened to all my questions & gave me a sample of the airbrush foundation. Make up stores can be incredibly daunting but CT fabulous team make you feel so comfortable, at ease, and most importantly: and absolute diva. Thank you from the bottom of heart for such a wonderful time. I SO hope to be back soon.

  I had the wedding and occasion makeup service and honestly, it was such an amazing experience. I had the amazing Cian as my makeup artist, and he was absolutely incredible. The skill, the precision, and the final look were just flawless! I genuinely loved how everything came together. On top of that, his whole vibe was so warm and welcoming. He also took the time to educate me on so many products, which I really appreciated. Being able to redeem the price toward products I still use now made it even better. I also want to say a huge thank you to Lily. I had a dress to put on for the shoot, and she was so kind and patient. She didn’t rush me at all and helped me get ready, which made such a difference to my experience. Overall, I had a 10/10 experience at Charlotte Tilbury, especially because of these two. I couldn’t recommend it more!
